These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via the online shop Dynamo™, operated by Ecomhouse Limited, Unit 616, 6/F., Kam Teem Industrial Building, 135 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong.

2. Conclusion of Contract

- By clicking “Jetzt kostenpflichtig bestellen”, you submit a binding purchase offer.
- The automated order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
- The contract is concluded only through explicit confirmation or shipment of the goods.

4. Payment

6. Delivery & Retention of Title
- Goods remain property of Ecomhouse Limited until full payment is received.
- Delivery may occur from warehouses within Europe or Asia, depending on availability.
- If we are not supplied despite proper ordering, we may withdraw from the contract and refund any payments.
7. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers within the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right from the day of delivery.
- A simple written declaration via email to info@dyn-amo.com is sufficient.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled retroactively.
8. Consequences of Withdrawal
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before goods are returned.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.
- Customers are liable for any loss in value caused by improper handling.
9. Refusal of Delivery
An unjustified refusal to accept the parcel does not constitute a withdrawal. The customer must bear any return shipping fees.
10. Statutory Warranty
- Statutory warranty laws of your country apply.
11. Transport Damage
- Visible transport damage should be reported immediately to the delivery service.
- Missing a report does not remove legal rights but helps processing faster.
12. Final Provisions
- If any term is invalid, the remaining terms remain valid.
